John Schneider, President of Broadpoint Construction, said “We are excited to be working with the Residences at River Place team on this project. The Residences represents a major investment by the developer into the Seaford community, and will bring a unique waterfront living experience to the market.”

Broadpoint also announced the hiring of two well-regarded industry professionals. Ryan Mitchell has joined the company as Director of Commercial Project Management. In this role, Ryan will lead the company’s commercial construction projects and leverage his extensive large-scale project experience to enhance Broadpoint’s commercial capabilities.
