Meet the Team: Gail Logullo

gail-logullo-websiteThere are very few people more important to the team than our Construction Managers, and Gail Logullo is no exception. She brings a wealth of experience and insight to Broadpoint and is an invaluable asset to every project in both our Custom Homes and Commercial Construction divisions.

This past week we sat down with Gail to learn a little more about what makes her tick.

What did you do before coming to Broadpoint?
I was the VP of Construction for Dilsheimer Communities and a Construction Manager for Connections.

What do you enjoy most about working at Broadpoint?
Because Broadpoint works in both the commercial/industrial and residential sectors, I’m able to be a part of multiple project types – I really enjoy the variety as well as working and interacting with our team of skilled subcontractors.

Additionally, interaction with our customers is very rewarding – I worked well with the owner of J.D. Shuckers during construction, and our communication was critical to the success of that project.

What are your current projects?
I recently completed the J.D. Shuckers restaurant in Georgetown and a remodeling project for a large industrial client. I have since started construction of a large custom home in Rehoboth Beach and will also be part of a new restaurant build in Rehoboth.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
I love playing golf and my favorite courses in the area are Baywood Greens and Ocean City Golf & Yacht Club. Travel is another passion of mine – my favorite vacation spot is Aruba and I’d say Hawaii is the one place I haven’t been but would most like to visit. If I’m not golfing or traveling, I enjoy spending time with family, relaxing at a beach and enjoying a local happy hour, especially at the Purple Parrot in Rehoboth.

What makes Broadpoint unique? We always pay attention to detail ensure the project exceeds expectations.
